Shipping & returns

Shipping is included in every price. There is no surprise at checkout, no customs surcharge added later by us, and no separate handling fee. The figure on the product page is the figure you pay.

Orders are packed and posted from Riga within three to five working days. Everything travels tracked, and you will get the tracking number by email as soon as it exists.

Prints are packed flat in an archival sleeve between board for sizes up to 30 × 30 cm, and rolled in a tube for anything larger. Books are wrapped and boxed. If you would prefer a print rolled rather than flat, or the other way round, say so in a reply to your receipt and it will be done.

Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days inside the EU, 5–10 working days to the United Kingdom, North America and most of Asia, and sometimes longer to Australia and South America.

Buyers outside the European Union may be charged import duty or local sales tax by their own customs authority. That charge is set by your country, is collected by your postal service, and is not something we can pay on your behalf or predict.

Returns

You may return anything within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, including simply changing your mind. Write first so she knows to expect it. Send it back in the packaging it arrived in, or better, and the full price is refunded once it arrives safely. Return postage is yours to pay unless the work arrived damaged or was not what you ordered — in which case it is ours, and so is the replacement.

If something arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking any further and send the photographs. Damaged work is replaced where a print remains in the edition, and refunded in full where it does not.
